HOMESTEAD FOLK TOYS has a suggested minimum order of US $100 per order. We always encourage our customers to place larger orders, when possible, as the shipping cost per item are less when so doing. For SMALLER museums, we can make exceptions to this minimum order.
Our items are offered in lots of threes, sixes or dozens, in most cases.
Please refer to our order form for minimum quantities per item.
There may be an extra handling fee for less than minimum quantities.
We offer credit card billing and standard net open accounts to all not-for-profit organizations
such as museum stores, schools and historical societies. For all initial orders, we request a copy of
your not-for-profit ID tax certificate or resale license to be included with your purchase order.
All other orders must be prepaid or charged to your credit card. We accept MasterCard or Visa. After your initial order, you may submit standard credit and bank references to qualify for Net 30 terms. (Net 30 means that all invoices are payable within thirty (30) days of receipt.)
A 1.5% monthly service charge is payable on all overdue balances.
Due to rising shipping costs, we suggest that you allow 16% (more if long distance or oversized) for shipping on prepaid orders. If the shipping and handling is less than estimated, the overage will be credited to your account.
We ship most of our orders through UPS and occasionally Fed-ex or USPS. At this time, we do not ship COD.

We try to maintain a perpetual inventory of our historical products. However, if an item is out of stock, we will ship the balance of your order and back-order the rest. You always have the freedom to cancel any back-order.
Our liability is solely confined to the replacement of defective merchandise. Please call or e-mail for our return authorization code when returning an item. Returns without this authorization code will not be honored.We assume no responsibility for the use or misuse of the products we sell.
During the peak season, there may be slight delays in shipping, due to customer-demand, so we always advise to plan ahead. We would advise a 7-10 day lead time on your orders in addition to number of shipping days to your zone. Rush orders will have a 10% handling charge in addition to increased shipping fees.
Our wholesale prices are planned to remain consistent throughout any given calendar year; however, we reserve the right to adjust our prices without notice, should the cost of goods sold to us be adjusted.
